Invesco Reaches New 52-Week High (IVR)

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Invesco Mortgage Capital (NYSE: IVR) hit a new 52-week high Monday as it is currently trading at $21.65, above its previous 52-week high of $21.64 with 285,090 shares traded as of 12:01 p.m. ET. Average volume has been 1.7 million shares over the past 30 days.

Invesco has a market cap of $2.5 billion and is part of the financial sector and real estate industry. Shares are up 9.3% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday.

Invesco Agency Securities Inc. operates as a mortgage real estate investment trust. The company was founded in 2008 and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company has a P/E ratio of eight, below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7.
