The Office Depot store formerly located at 6935 U.S. Highway 90 has been reopened at 6900 U.S. Highway 90 Suite 3 with this new concept. Although the storefront windows feature graphic overlays to allow people to see inside the store, the new Office Depot store goes beyond cosmetic changes. Once inside, consumers are welcomed to the new bluwire store-within-a-store featuring the coolest tech and mobility products, such as Beats© by Dre headphones, wireless speakers, cases for iPhone® 5, and accessories for iPad® and MacBook®. The vast majority of these products are new to Office Depot and demonstrate a commitment to provide customers with the trendy offerings that they desire. bluwire is best known for its highly successful tech and mobility products found in select airports around the country. With features such as a PC Bar to sit down and plug in their laptops or tablets, a computer rental station, a recharge station, and free Wi-Fi, the new Office Depot format is consumer and business friendly. Customers can also recharge with free self-serve coffee available between the hours of 8 a.m. – 10 a.m., and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays. Business services are at the heart – and in the center – of this new store format. The Print Shop provides a full-offering of services, to make Office Depot a virtual back office for small businesses. These services include: same-day business cards, copying, document shredding, custom printing, and packing and shipping. Notary services will be available soon. (Check with the Store Manager for details.) In addition, Office Depot’s in-store Tech Services provides computer repair, network set-up, software installation, virus removal and more.
The new format is designed for maximum interaction with products and staff. There are several touch screen displays throughout the store where consumers can order any product with free delivery 1 from OfficeDepot.com if they are unable to find it on store shelves. This new feature is available at any of Office Depot’s 1,100 U.S. retail stores, and sales associates are available to assist the customer with orders and free shipping.The Daphne Office Depot Store #3308 employs approximately 15 associates. It houses nearly 4,500 products – everything from furniture and office supplies to technology.
