European Central Bank, Bank of England Leave Rates Steady

FRANKFURT -- The European Central Bank left its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 0.75%.

ECB President Mario Draghi is to speak at a news conference later Thursday.

The Bank of England earlier Thursday left its base interest rate and its monetary stimulus program unchanged, as widely expected by analysts.
