The award is based on votes by BSM’s VAR readership. AVG, which debuted its new AVG CloudCare™ small business IT management platform and services for the SMB channel to accolades in the fall of 2012, earned its highest marks in the BSM VAR readers survey for product features, reliability and innovation. AVG CloudCare provides small business resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) with a free-of-charge, easy-to-use cloud-based administrative platform that allows them to manage AVG’s award-winning antivirus and content-filtering services remotely at an affordable price for their entire customer base via a single console. AVG CloudCare includes AVG Remote IT (currently in beta), which provides another free tool that lets resellers remotely access and trouble-shoot issues on their customers’ devices from anywhere.
