The company leases its retail properties primarily to regional and national retail chain store operators. Realty Income Corporation has a market cap of $5.47 billion and is part of the financial sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 44.6, above the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 2.8% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday. Currently there are three analysts that rate Realty Income Corporation a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and six rate it a hold.
