(NYSE: AAN), a lease-to-own retailer specializing in the sales and lease ownership of residential furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories, announced today that David L. Buck and Tristan J. Montanero have each been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, effective January 1, 2013. Previously, Buck was Vice President, Southwestern Operations, and Montanero was Vice President, Central Operations. Montanero will oversee operations of the Southeastern, Northern, Central, Carolina and Northeastern Divisions. Both Buck and Montanero are based at the Company's headquarters in Atlanta and will continue to report to Ken Butler, Chief Operating Officer. According to Butler, they will work closely together to carry forward new Company initiatives and implement best practices in the stores.
