(NASDAQ: NTGR), a global networking company, has selected the MxL267 Full-Spectrum Capture (FSC TM) digital cable front-end receiver for a new family of DOCSIS 3.0 cable modems and gateways. First in NETGEAR’S new cable gateway family, the CG4500TM, recently achieved certification from CableLabs®. The CG4500TM is a high-speed gateway designed using the MxL267 24-channel DOCSIS 3.0 receiver. The CG4500 product series is the latest in NETGEAR’s line of DOCSIS-certified cable gateways featuring high performance voice and data network services. The CG4500TM gateway includes extensive LAN and voice connectivity options, in addition to being easy to install and maintain.
