Based in Rochester, NY, Legacy Financial Planning provides retirement and estate planning services to a national clientele through its presence in upstate New York and New England. Legacy Financial is led by Tammy Mogilski, CFP®, ChFC and Brian Bedford, CFS, industry veterans with respectively 26 and 12 years of experience.
