UniFirst Changes Payment Date Of Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of UniFirst Corporation (NYSE:UNF) has authorized a change in the payment date of the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.0375 per share (3.75 cents) on the Company's Common Stock and $0.03 per share (3.0 cents) on the Company's Class B Common Stock to December 27, 2012, from January 7, 2013. The record date for this quarterly dividend remains unchanged at December 10, 2012
