American Eagle Outfitters Declares A Regular Quarterly Dividend Of $0.11 Per Share And Accelerates Payment Of Its Regular First Quarter 2013 Dividend Of $0.11 Per Share

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (NYSE: AEO) announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share and accelerated the payment of its first quarter 2013 regular dividend of $0.11 per share, which would normally be paid in April 2013. The total cash dividend of $0.22 per share is payable on December 28 th, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 19, 2012.
