Full House Resorts (NYSE MKT: FLL) announced today that Rising Sun/Ohio County First, Inc. (RSOCF) and the Rising Sun Regional Foundation, Inc. (RSRF) have begun construction on a new hotel with 104 rooms on land previously owned by the Company at its Rising Star Casino Resort. Construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. “With the Rising Star Casino Resort Hotel operating at or near capacity the majority of the time, the addition of a new 104-room hotel in the community will allow the Rising Star team to have access to accommodations for those customers that would like, but were unable, to stay overnight,” said Andre Hilliou, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Full House Resorts. “The additional hotel rooms will also aid in protecting the future revenue stream of the city and Foundation from an increasingly competitive marketplace.” About Full House Resorts, Inc. In addition, Full House owns Stockman’s Casino in Fallon, Nevada which has 8,400 square feet of gaming space with approximately 260 gaming machines, four table games and a keno game. The Company also operates the Grand Lodge Casino at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, Nevada on the north shore of Lake Tahoe under a five-year lease agreement with the Hyatt organization.
