LLC of Streetsboro, Ohio, sold from January through August 2012. The X-Rider Car is a red, plastic toy scooter with a yellow handlebar and seat, and two blue stickers that simulate headlights. It is 14 inches high, 14 inches wide and 19 inches long. The middle of the handle bar contains the Step2 logo. Step2's contact information is located on the left side of the car. WHY: Children who lean too far forward on the seat can go over the handle bar and hit the ground. INCIDENTS: Four reports of incidents, with one incident resulting in head bumps and one resulting in a minor concussion and cuts to the gum and lip from the child's front teeth. The Harbor Freight Tools Cordless Drills are blue and black and have a black trigger switch. Model number 96526 is located on a yellow label on the left side of the drill. WHY: The black trigger switch on the drill can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard. INCIDENTS: One report of a drill overheating and burning through the handle of the unit, which resulted in a consumer receiving a minor injury. HOW MANY: About 108,000. "Toro" and "2000 Series" are printed on the side and "Z Master Commercial" on the front of the mowers. The recall includes model number 74141 with serial numbers ranging from 312000101 to 312000784; model number 74143 with serial numbers ranging from 312000101 to 312000887; and model number 74145 with serial numbers ranging from 312000101 to 312001178. The model and serial numbers are on a metal plate located at the front of the mower, below the seat, on the left-hand side.

They were sold from October 2002 to December 2011. The tilt-turn stay arm and side-hung sash hinge adjustable window fittings are used to attach a window to a frame and primarily sold for use in commercial buildings. The fittings have clamps, locking pins and stainless steel springs. "G-U" and the component number are stamped at the ends of the fitting. WHY: The window fittings can break and cause the window to fall, posing an injury hazard. INCIDENTS: Two reports of windows falling, including one report of a broken thumb. HOW MANY: About 5,000. The recall includes Sportspower Parkside model TR-14FT-COM trampolines. The model number is marked on the packaging and instruction manual. "Parkside" is printed on the enclosure net. WHY: The trampoline's metal legs can move out of position and puncture the jumping area, posing a hazard of injury, including deep, penetrating puncture wounds, cuts and bruises to consumers on the trampoline. INCIDENTS: One incident of the trampoline leg separating from the frame while in use, causing the leg to puncture through the jumping surface. No injuries reported. HOW MANY: About 23,400.
