Sisson has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Sisson is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Sisson joins Gleacher & Company with more than 15 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as a Senior Partner and co-founder of Cyan Partners, LP, a middle market direct lending fund focused on providing unitranche, senior secured and mezzanine debt financing. Prior to Cyan Partners, Mr. Sisson served as a Managing Director in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Earlier, Mr. Sisson served as an Associate in the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He began his career as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Sisson received a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
