(NYSE: FCN) (the " Company") today announced that it has completed its previously announced private offering of $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of 6.0% Senior Notes due 2022 (the " Notes"). The Notes were issued at a price of 100% of their principal amount. The Notes are guaranteed by certain of the Company's existing and future domestic restricted subsidiaries.
