The agency's Current Offering was rated second highest of 13 agencies evaluated in what Forrester termed an "emerging market." More than 50 agencies were invited to participate in the inaugural evaluation of Customer Engagement Agencies, which Forrester defines as "agencies that focus on defining customer-oriented business strategies and mapping them to tactics and execution.
