Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors for Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of sixteen cents ($0.16) per share, payable February 6, 2013, to shareholders of record as of January 23, 2013.
