(Updated from 10:38 a.m. ET with closing information.) NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk on the Street" Tuesday: Cramer said that a recent upgrade for Dow Chemical ( DOW) was positive news for the chemical giant. He said that Air Products ( APD) has been a horrible stock as of late but may be a play in a recovering global economy. Dow Chemical closed up slightly on the day, a little over 0.1%, while Air Products closed up 0.7%. Cramer sounded off against MarkWest Energy ( MWE) saying that MLPs like MarkWest keep issuing more equity and "no one wants to see that." He was more upbeat on Berry Plastics ( BERY), however, calling the stock a "sleeper." MarkWest Energy closed down 6.4% while Berry Plastics closed up nearly 2%. When asked about F5 Networks ( FFIV), Cramer said this stock has been terrible, but he's been hearing positive things about the company recently. Finally, Cramer said that Regeneron ( REGN) should be put in the same league as Celgene ( CELG) and Gilead Sciences ( GILD), two hot biotechs on the move. F5 closed up a half a percent while Regeneron closed up 2.2%.
