ECB, Bank of England Hold Steady on Rates

FRANKFURT, Germany -- The European Central Bank left its key interest rate unchanged at record low of 0.75%.

The Bank of England earlier Thursday left its base interest rate unchanged and didn't authorize any additional stimulus measures.
