Both Mr. Gerson and Mr. Geddings join Futurestep from Korn/Ferry International and will report to Bill Gilbert, Vice President and General Manager, Search, North America. With more than a decade of executive search experience and a member of Korn/Ferry's Industrial team, Mr. Roche has completed senior level search assignments in engineering, general management, operations and supply chain COE. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he served as a director for one of the nation's largest structural steel contractors. Mr. Roche will continue to be based in the Atlanta office.
