NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Here are some of the hot stocks Jim Cramer talked about on Wednesday's "Mad Money" on CNBC:

ConocoPhillips ( COP) and Chevron ( CVX): Cramer said these two oil names should be bought on weakness even though President Obama was reelected.

Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ) or Pepsico ( PEP): Cramer was also bullish on these two consumer products names now that Obama was given a second term.

Home Depot ( HD): Cramer continues to like Home Depot on the heels of Hurricane Sandy's cleanup and rebuilding efforts in the Northeast.
