(NYSE: PAY), today announced further growth of its international taxi services business with a contract to provide managed payment services to Glob Taxi Company of Warsaw, Poland, and its fleet of approximately 500 vehicles. VeriFone is providing Glob Taxi with in-taxi payment systems that enable passengers to pay with credit and debit cards, contactless and NFC mobile wallets, as well as fleet cards and electronic vouchers provided by VeriFone. “With VeriFone systems and services, Glob Taxi is able to offer passengers the most complete and convenient payment options available,” said Leszek Pajka, Glob Taxi General Director.
