Regency Centers Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend On Common Stock

Regency Centers Corporation announced today that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4625 on the Company’s common stock, payable on November 28, 2012 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2012.
