NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are up at 10 a.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.09 or 1.4 percent, to $6.67. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.43 or 2.0 percent, to $22.40. Silver Standard Resources Inc. rose $.15 or 1.0 percent, to $15.38. Silver Wheaton rose $.27 or .7 percent, to $40.77.
