She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University. Mr. McKeon began his career in the primary risk management group at American International Group (AIG) and held several subsequent management positions in New York and Chicago. ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group, today announced new leadership appointments in its regional operations, to support ACE’s commitment to delivering highly responsive services to its brokers and clients. Kelley Kinsella has been appointed Senior Vice President & Regional Executive Officer for ACE USA’s Midwest Region. In this role, Ms. Kinsella will be responsible for setting and driving overall strategy for the region, which comprises 13 Midwestern states, and includes ACE USA branch offices in Cleveland, Minneapolis and Kansas City. She will implement regional production plans, product line distribution strategies, and business development and marketing throughout the region. Ms. Kinsella will be based in Chicago and will report to Ed Zaccaria, Division President, ACE USA Regional Operations. Ms. Kinsella returns to ACE USA Regional Operations from ACE USA Global Property & Specialty Lines where she most recently served as Senior Vice President for the Western Zone. She was previously Chief Operating Officer for ACE USA’s Midwest Region, where she was responsible for leadership and business development, and coordinating product line presence across the region. Ms. Kinsella succeeds Scott McKeon, who has been appointed to the national role of Senior Vice President, Distribution Management for ACE USA. In this new role, Mr. McKeon will work collaboratively with ACE USA’s regional teams to develop distribution strategies on a national basis for all ACE operating units to further drive select broker relationships and differentiate ACE. “The Midwest regional market represents tremendous growth opportunities for ACE. Kelley has been instrumental in the ongoing development of ACE USA’s global property business in the Western Zone.
