Heidrick & Struggles Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CHICAGO, Oct. 23, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable on November 16, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 2, 2012.
