ExactTarget’s Paris office is now open, and the company plans to open its Stockholm office during the fourth quarter of 2012.Interactive marketing veteran Jean-Philippe Baert will lead ExactTarget’s new Paris office as managing director, ExactTarget France. Baert brings more than two decades of interactive marketing expertise to ExactTarget’s new operations in France. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Baert served as managing director of Experian Marketing Services in Paris, and he has also held numerous sales and leadership roles across Europe for technology companies including QAD (NASDAQ:QADA), InPac, INFOR and Lawson Software. “I am incredibly excited to lead the launch of ExactTarget’s operations in France and introduce marketers throughout the region to our powerful suite of products,” said Baert. “With ExactTarget’s French interface and strength across email, mobile, social and the Web, European marketers now have a truly global platform to transform digital marketing and deliver real business results.” The launch of ExactTarget’s expanded international offices and products comes during ExactTarget’s annual client conference Connections.
