OCC's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.015 per share on the Company's common stock effective October 15, 2012. The dividend will be paid on or about November 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 29, 2012. The dividend announced today implies an annual cash dividend of $0.06 per common share.
