Denny’s Corporation (NASDAQ: DENN), franchisor and operator of one of America's largest full-service restaurant chains, expects to announce financial and operating results for its third quarter ended September 26, 2012 on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 after the markets close. Senior management will hold a conference call on the same day at 5:00 p.m. (ET) to discuss these results and answer questions.
