Ms. McKenna, a national leader in Internet and Internet privacy law, is joining the firm as a Partner and will continue to focus her practice in complex civil litigation and significant exposure cases throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia, with a special emphasis on Internet and digital privacy issues. Prior to joining STSW, Ms. McKenna was a principal with Toomey McKenna. Ms. McKenna has co-authored multiple legal treatises, all of which have been cited by numerous federal and state courts, including Wiretapping & Eavesdropping: Surveillance in the Internet Age, 3rd Ed.
