The company will provide innovative solutions to clients in a variety of industries, focusing on improving the customer experience while effectively managing costs. Ubiquity founder Matt Nyren will also serve as the company's President. Matt most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Managed Services for TxVia, which was acquired by Google earlier this year. Servicing commenced for the company's first client in late September, with several additional clients beginning operations with Ubiquity before the end of 2012.
