The company delivers customer relationship management applications through Internet or cloud. has a market cap of $21.01 billion and is part of the technology sector. Shares are up 50.7% year to date as of the close of trading on Tuesday. Currently there are 27 analysts that rate a buy, two analysts rate it a sell, and two rate it a hold.

TheStreet Ratings rates as a hold. The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its robust revenue growth, good cash flow from operations and increase in stock price during the past year. However, as a counter to these strengths, we also find weaknesses including deteriorating net income, disappointing return on equity and feeble growth in the company's earnings per share.

On the negative front, China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group ( CMGE), down 11.5%, American Reprographics Company ( ARC), down 6.2%, Camelot Information Systems ( CIS), down 5.5%, and NCI ( NCIT), down 5.4%, were all laggards within the computer software & services industry with Check Point Software Technologies ( CHKP) being today's computer software & services industry laggard.
