Nokia told investors in July it was looking to sell properties. The struggling company has been axing jobs and making other kinds of cuts in attempt to improve its finances. Nokia has said it hopes to bring down the business expenses of its mobile phone unit to €3 billion by the end of 2013. The unit's expenses last year were about €5 billion.
