Ingersoll Rand Declares Quarterly Dividend

Ingersoll-Rand plc’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 cents per ordinary share, payable on December 28, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 14, 2012, reflecting an annual dividend rate of $0.64 per share, up from $0.48 per share last year.
