NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 10 a.m.: Hecla Mining Co. fell $.08 or 1.2 percent, to $6.59. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.04 or .2 percent, to $21.71. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.18 or 1.1 percent, to $15.72. Silver Wheaton fell $.58 or 1.5 percent, to $38.65.
