NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.11 or 1.7 percent, to $6.66. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.25 or 1.2 percent, to $21.69. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.05 or .3 percent, to $15.98. Silver Wheaton fell $.35 or .9 percent, to $39.36.
