NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.07 or 1.1 percent, to $6.68. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.02 or .1 percent, to $21.76. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.09 or .5 percent, to $16.40. Silver Wheaton fell $.22 or .6 percent, to $39.63.
