Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGO), a leading global provider of Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and services, announced the hosting of its user conference, Connections 2012: Tangoe Global Summit, on October 17 – 18, 2012 at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Connections 2012 will bring Tangoe clients and partners from around the globe together with experts in telecom expense management, mobility, and carrier sourcing for two days of networking and education on the market forces that are driving today’s business communications and guiding future communications management endeavors. This year’s user conference includes substantial customer participation, with clients from diverse global industries sharing stories of innovation and excellence, as well as participating in tactical breakout sessions to deliver pertinent, actionable, takeaways to client participants. Global partners sponsoring the event include Advocate Consulting and McAfee. The event’s keynote presentation will be given by Scott Klososky, an international technology speaker, consultant, author, and entrepreneur who has helped position numerous Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations to take control of the technology niche in their space. “Our customers have always been the foundation of our success. It is their feedback and firsthand insight that enable us to deliver solutions that help them gain control of their entire communications environments amid the challenges of rapidly changing mobile and global communications markets,” said Al Subbloie, president and CEO of Tangoe. “Our clients are thought leaders in their own right, and we are honored to have them join our experts for two days of information sharing and discussion on industry topics so that together, we can navigate the ever-evolving communications landscape, and partner with them for continued success.” Presentations and breakout sessions will shed light on industry trends, how they impact organizations today, and how companies can optimize future plans. By conference end, attendees will have a full toolkit of strategies regarding every facet of Communications Lifecycle Management, from global invoice and payment processes to navigating their mobile enterprise, and successfully negotiating optimal carrier contracts.
