NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.09 or 1.3 percent, to $6.45. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.59 or 2.9 percent, to $21.15. Silver Standard Resources Inc. rose $.48 or 3.0 percent, to $16.56. Silver Wheaton fell $.14 or .4 percent, to $39.19.
