NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.21 or 3.4 percent, to $6.45. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.90 or 4.6 percent, to $20.51. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.05 or .3 percent, to $15.87. Silver Wheaton rose $1.04 or 2.7 percent, to $39.33.
