CCG Declares 16cps Com Div 50cps Pref A For Q3-12

Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (NYSE:CCG), a leading developer, builder, owner and manager of high-quality, purpose-built student housing today announced that its Board of Directors maintained its third quarter 2012 dividend rate of $0.16 per common share and operating partnership unit. Based on a closing price of $11.00 on September 11, 2012, the annualized dividend yield is 5.8%. The dividend is payable on October 10, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 26, 2012.

The Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share for the third quarter 2012. The preferred share dividend is payable on October 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on September 26, 2012.
