Apple Unveils iPhone 5

NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Apple ( AAPL) finally unveiled its iPhone 5 earlier Wednesday during a media event at Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco.

Speculation about what Apple would call the new iPhone ended earlier when the company accidentally leaked the name this morning through search terms on its Web site.

Among the new features of the iPhone 5, the device has a 4-inch screen, bigger than previous versions.

The stock was down slightly, slipping 0.14% at $659.59.
