The Board of Directors of Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. (“the Company”) (NYSE: MRH) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per Common Share and $0.554688 per 8.875% Non Cumulative Preferred Share, Series A. The dividends are payable on or about October 15, 2012, to all shareholders of record as of September 28, 2012. The Company, through its operating subsidiaries, is a premier provider of global property and casualty reinsurance and insurance products.
