NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 1 p.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.09 or 1.7 percent, to $5.53. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.42 or 2.3 percent, to $18.44. Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.04 or .3 percent, to $15.08. Silver Wheaton rose $.67 or 1.9 percent, to $35.83.
