McDermott To Participate At Upcoming Investor Conferences

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) (“McDermott”) announced today that it will be participating at two investor conferences during the first week of September.

Stephen M. Johnson, McDermott’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at the 2012 Barclay’s CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York City on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 1:05 p.m. eastern time. The following day, McDermott will also participate in the Vertical Research Partners Industrial Conference in Westbrook, CT.

McDermott plans to post the slides to be used in both presentations the morning of September 5, 2012. In addition, McDermott invites shareholders and other interested parties to listen to the audio of Mr. Johnson’s Barclay’s presentation, either live or by replay, which will be available for a limited period of time over the internet at in the investor relations section.
