NEW YORK (AP) â¿¿ Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 10 a.m.: Hecla Mining Co. rose $.05 or 1.0 percent, to $5.31. Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.15 or .9 percent, to $17.53. Silver Standard Resources Inc. rose $.69 or 4.9 percent, to $14.70. Silver Wheaton fell $.29 or .8 percent, to $33.90.
