("ChinaNet" or the "Company"), (Nasdaq:CNET), a leading B2B (business to business) Internet technology company providing online-to-offline ("O2O") sales channel expansion service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurial management and networking services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, today announced financial results for the second quarter of 2012.

Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results

Revenues increased by $4.0 million to $13.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2012 compared to the three months ended June 30, 2011, representing a 45% increase.
