(Nasdaq:NYMT) ("NYMT" or the "Company") announced today that it priced an underwritten registered public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $6.73 per share. NYMT also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on August 21, 2012. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is serving as the sole bookrunning manager for the offering.
