Mr. Wintemute continued, “As we welcome Cindy, we also take this opportunity to commend and thank Ian Chart for the excellent work he has done for us over the past 18 years. Ian has successfully maintained and defended one of the most active product portfolios in the industry in increasingly challenging conditions and has done so with poise. He has built an impeccable reputation and excellent rapport with enforcement agencies, is beloved by our own personnel, and has consistently provided sage advice to our management team. We wish Ian the best in his imminent retirement and look forward to Cindy continuing this legacy of excellence in regulatory matters.”About American Vanguard American Vanguard Corporation is a diversified specialty and agricultural products company that develops and markets products for crop protection and management, turf and ornamentals management and public and animal health.
