American Tower ( AMT) downgraded at Credit Suisse from Outperform to Neutral, Credit Suisse said. Valuation call, based on a $75 price target.

Och-Ziff ( OZM) added to US 1 List at BofA/Merrill. Fund performance and net inflows have been strong. $17 price target.
