Thank you very much, Sarah. Good morning, everyone. This is Carla Kneipp [ph], Vice President of Investor Relations for CenterPoint Energy. I'd like to welcome you to our second quarter 2012 earnings conference call. Thank you for joining us today.

David McClanahan, President and CEO; and Gary Whitlock, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will provide highlights on key activities, and our business unit leaders will discuss the second quarter 2012 results for their respective segments.
